The Hefner Group Insurance uploaded 3,000 former customers and 1,800 active clients into the Lift Local Marketing platform to begin automated campaigns.

The Winback Campaign reconnected with former clients through targeted emails, while the Review Generation Campaign encouraged active customers to provide feedback and leave online reviews. The Customer Engagement Campaign prompted service requests and uncovered cross-sell opportunities. 

No customer was overlooked, and every interaction was tracked and displayed in the Lift Local dashboard. 

After 8 months on service:

The Winback Campaign successfully re-engaged former clients, with 34 filling out forms requesting an updated quote and 220 clicking the “get a quote” button in the email, identifying prospects that would be worthwhile for a producer to call to offer a quote.

The Review Generation Campaign prompted 176 customers to submit feedback, uncovering cross-sell opportunities from positive feedback and retention opportunities with dissatisfied customers. The campaign also produced 25+ new Google reviews, boosting the agency’s online presence.

Meanwhile, the Customer Engagement Campaign generated 23 form fills for service or quote requests from current clients. 

Overall, The Hefner Group uncovered over 450 quote and retention opportunities, all through a single platform
